Question by Babs: Is it safe to have sex if I'v only been taking the pill for 3 weeks?

I'm scared that I could become pregnant even if I'm on the pill. I'm not sure how long you have to take the pill before you have sex.

You need to be on the Pill for more than a month before having sex without a second means of protection.

For now, use a condom as a back up, the Pill may not have taken effect yet.
