After sex putting a pillow to elevate your hips to get pregnant?
Does it only help right after sex or does or should I elevate my hips whenever I get a chance as long as it's the same day I had sex? Trying to concieve baby #2.
I took an ovulation test today and I will be ovulating in the next 24 to 36 hours.

you should elevate your hips right after you have sex it helps the sperm to go through your body
